Why I Do This Work
After 21 years in teaching and leadership, and now as a coach for women in midlife, one thing has become crystal clear to me: too many brilliant women are losing themselves to perimenopause and burnout.
The brain fog, the exhaustion, the dip in confidence — they don’t just make life harder, they push women out of careers they’ve spent their whole lives building. I know, because it happened to me. The symptoms crept in slowly — burning mouth, sleepless nights, anxiety, falling confidence — until eventually I stepped away from a career I loved, not because I wanted to, but because I couldn’t see another way.
That’s why this work is so personal to me. I don’t want other women to reach breaking point before they get the support, tools, and understanding they need.
Now I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, clear the fog, and step into this next chapter with energy, clarity, and unshakable confidence. Because when women are supported through midlife, they don’t just cope — they thrive.
