Start with Menopause 101

To get to grips with our method of delivery and approach, we invite you to take advantage of our free Menopause 101 training session.

This introductory session provides a clear, accessible overview of menopause and perimenopause, with a specific focus on how symptoms can impact individuals at work. It is designed to build understanding, reduce stigma, and create a shared language across teams.

The training can be delivered to all staff or, if preferred, as a women-only session, depending on the needs and culture of your organisation.

Menopause 101 is an ideal starting point for organisations beginning their menopause journey or exploring how structured training and accreditation could support their workforce.
