As a certified life and menopause coach with over two decades of experience supporting women, I know how tough it feels to lose yourself in the fog of midlife — when your energy is low, your confidence has dipped, and you’re no longer sure where “you” have gone. I’ve been there myself, and I’ve seen so many brilliant women shrink under the weight of exhaustion, people-pleasing, and constant pressure.

My Story

When I first began experiencing perimenopause, it didn’t look like the picture I’d been told to expect. My earliest symptoms were strange — a burning mouth, burning feet — things I never connected to hormones. Then the brain fog arrived, followed by anxiety, plummeting confidence, and a creeping sense that I was no longer myself.

That’s why this work is so personal to me.

I had spent over 21 years as a teacher and leader, building a career I loved, yet my symptoms began to affect my professional life. Tasks that once felt effortless became harder and harder. Eventually, it got so overwhelming that I stepped away from the job I’d dedicated my life to — not because I wanted to, but because I couldn’t see another way.

Through it all, I became deeply determined to find answers. I immersed myself in Positive Psychology, neuroscience, and menopause coaching, retraining so I could combine lived experience with evidence-based tools. I discovered how to rebuild clarity, confidence, and energy — and how to turn this confusing stage of life into an opportunity for reinvention.

Because every woman deserves to know that her story isn’t over. Perimenopause isn’t the end — it’s the spark that can ignite your most powerful, joyful chapter yet.
