"I would definitely recommend this course to anyone and everyone! The course was well structured, with fantastic resources and tasks to complete as well as informative research based information. The course really allows you to focus on joy and why this may be missing or lacking in your life, along with practical steps to take to rediscover joy and a joyful sense of self. The biggest take away for me has been the importance of implementing small moments of joy into everyday life; there have been lots of supportive prompts to provide ideas and suggestions to get me started and on how to sustain this over time when life gets busy. The weekly online sessions were supportive, informative, and fun. Emma created a safe space for conversation and support during these sessions as well as delivering informative material and going through the weekly tasks and theory behind each topic. I would recommend this course, and Emma, to anyone wanting to make positive changes in their lives at any stage.
